Build information: your home's address, construction progress, and warranty status
Communications: text messages exchanged with Lifestyle Homes, including warranty requests

How We Use Your Information

To provide construction progress updates on your home
To process and track warranty requests
To send SMS notifications about your build and warranty (with your consent)
To respond to your questions via our messaging system
To authenticate your identity when you log in

Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information may be shared with:

Twilio: our SMS service provider, to deliver text messages
Lifestyle Homes team members: superintendents, warranty staff, and management involved in your build
As required by law

Your Rights

Opt out of SMS: reply STOP to any message, or contact us directly
Access your data: contact us to request a copy of your personal information
Delete your data: contact us to request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements)

Data Retention

We retain your information for the duration of your home's warranty period plus 18 months. After that, non-essential data is archived or deleted. Warranty records may be retained longer as required by law or for dispute resolution.
