The Lifestyle Homes Homeowner Portal ("Portal") is provided by Lifestyle Homes Construction LLC ("Company", "we", "us") to homeowners ("you") who have purchased or are building a home with Lifestyle Homes. By accessing the Portal, you agree to these Terms of Service.
By opting in to SMS notifications, you consent to receive text messages from Lifestyle Homes Construction LLC at the phone number you provide. These messages may include:
Message frequency varies based on your build activity and interactions. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing a home or using the Portal. Login verification codes will still be sent regardless of your opt-in status, as these are transactional messages required for account security.
Access to the Portal is provided during the construction of your home and for the duration of your warranty period. After your warranty expires, access may be limited. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Portal at any time.
The Portal allows you to submit warranty requests during your warranty period. Submission of a request does not guarantee coverage. All warranty claims are subject to the terms of your home purchase agreement and applicable warranty documentation.
The Portal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Build timelines and milestone estimates are approximate and subject to change due to weather, materials, labor, and other factors. We are not liable for any delays, inaccuracies, or service interruptions.
